Delifrance is a household name in Singapore. When it comes to croissants, macarons or any French-bakery craving really, trust that Delifrance has it.  The brand afterall has over 30 years of presence in Singapore and has over 18 café bakery outlets in Singapore.  I personally frequent the Clifford Centre outlet since it’s walking distance from my workplace.
Every Christmas Delifrance will cook up a feast made up of roasts, mini delights and log cakes. This year's Christmas menu was launched on 9th of November, you can either enjoy it in one of the outlets or have it delivered at home or at work. Feeling shy that you don’t know what to bring to your office party? Have it delivered to your pantry to spice up your meetings and gatherings.
I was so excited to be invited by Delifrance via Sample Store to try their menu. I literally came from the airport last Friday (from my Bangkok work trip), so you can imagine I was super hungry and ready to devour delicious food.

More about the menu and review
·       One of their best sellers is the 1.2kg Joy of Délifrance (S$68) – it is a sweet Valrhona chocolate encased in velvety chocolate cake. Plus point is that it is designed in a smiley log.
How cute is this log cake

·       My favourite of all the log cakes is the 1kg Chocolate Crumbs and Cream Cheese log cake (S$60) – made with 100% cookie crumbs, cream cheese and layers of light sponge cake. I love anything cookies and cream from ice creams, cupcakes and well cakes. If you’re like me who has a sweet tooth but not so much, this a good compromise. The chocolate is not too sweet and the cream for me is perfect. The sponge cake is also very moist. I literally had two portions during the tasting.
Cream cheesy and moist

·       What is Christmas without Turkey? Délifrance’s rendition is stuffed with flavourful chestnut and marinated with a special sauce. Itcomes with savoury brown sauce and cranberry sauce. The 4.5kg Traditional Roasted Turkey is priced at (S$128). This is also one of my must-haves, you actually don’t need the brown sauce or the cranberry sauce. The meat itself is tasty and savoury. It has the right juicy-ness in it.
Tender and juicy Turkey

·       The 2kg Roasted Beef Striploin at S$85 is a steal. The meat is juicy without being bloody or raw and it is cured with chef’s seasoning accompanied with moreish black pepper sauce.
Have it with the sauce or without

·       My other favourite is the 2kg Honey Glazed Chicken Ham (S$58) – It is baked golden and comes with a honey sauce that is not really heavy or overpowering. This is something that you can bring to your Christmas party if you want to impress without breaking the bank!
